This site is about practical decisions at the edge of medicine, technology, and personal health: what to test, take, and build. Some pieces are for patients making health decisions. Others are for people building or evaluating health technology.

Claims are anchored to evidence, guidelines, and primary literature, cited and dated, and held to a written editorial policy.
